At Oxfordshire Music School, we believe music should be fun, social, and accessible to everyone—no matter your age, ability, or background. Whether you're picking up an instrument for the first time or returning after years away, our welcoming team is here to guide you every step of the way.
We offer affordable, high-quality music lessons, including group drum and guitar lessons, band sessions for kids and adults, and one-to-one lessons in drums, guitar, and bass. Our experienced tutors create a relaxed, confidence-building environment.
And we don’t just teach—we get people performing! From casual jam sessions to exciting community showcases, we give every student the chance to shine.

Students come together to learn, play, and support each other, earn OMS Milestone Badges, and perform at our legendary Halloween, Christmas, Easter, and Summer Party events, which give every student the chance to showcase their skills in front of an enthusiastic audience of family and friends who are encouraged to join in and give the best round of applause

Tom
Co-Founder & Head Tutor
Tom has 15 years of experience as a professional guitarist playing gigs, recording, and teaching throughout the UK. Tom has a passion for music and loves helping students achieve their goals! Lessons with Tom are relaxed, funny and informative and he will instantly make you feel comfortable whilst studying with Oxfordshire Music School.
Peter
Drums, Guitar & Bass
Peter is a talented multi-instrumentalist with a degree in Audio Production. He can’t wait to help you progress on your musical journey!
Emma
Co-Founder
Emma is passionate about music after following indie/rock bands from a young age. Emma is the brains behind our online presence and first point of contact for our customers. Don't forget to say hello if you see Emma at one of our centres!
Richard
Guitar & Bass
Richard is a dedicated music teacher who plays guitar and bass, inspiring students with his passion for sound. When he's not teaching, he performs with various bands, including Fondu, an irresistibly cheesy ’80s tribute band.
Dave
Drums, Guitar & Bass
Dave is a talented multi-instrumentalist, playing guitar, bass and drums to a high standard. Dave has toured the UK and beyond in several original bands for years and is now ready to share his experience with you!
Andreia
Guitar, Drums & Bass
Andreia is a dynamic music tutor who plays guitar and bass, bringing her love of heavy metal to every lesson. On weekends, she takes her passion to the decks DJing.
