Cancellation Policy

Policy- By booking a one-to-one slot you agree that you have fully read the course description and you have checked all of the dates and suitability. If you miss a lesson, we are unable to offer a refund, but you will be entitled to one make-up lesson per year. These lessons will be held after the last week of term in July. If you are not owed a make-up lesson you will not have a lesson during make-up week. If Oxfordshire Music School have to cancel a lesson a full refund will be given. Once enrolled, you will be a member of Oxfordshire Music School until you instruct us to cancel your mandate. To cancel your subscription we require a period of 30 days notice. Cancellation Policy- Due to limited spaces on each course, we request that you give at least 30 days notice for a cancellation. You may cancel by contacting the office by phone or via email. For example: John Does's GoCardless payment is paid on the 1st of every month. He cancels on October 15th. He then receives 4 more weeks of lessons and leaves on the 12th of November. His November payment is prorated accordingly. Guitar Hire- By renting a guitar, you are acknowledging that you will be held responsible for any damages incurred to the instrument, with the exception of normal wear and tear. In the event that the guitar is returned in an unusable state, you will be required to pay the full price of a replacement. Photography- We regularly take photos and videos in our sessions and share them on our social media and advertising campaigns. By signing up you agree that you or your child may be included.
